2007 Sauvignon Blanc
A light delicate white with lifted floral and gooseberry notes. Subtle and enticing on the palate this is an excellent accompaniment to fresh local Crayfish or a slightly spicy Thai style salad.

A citrus character with an underlying grassiness. Perfect with a dried fruit platter at the end of a meal. A good wine to cellar for 5-8 years. This wine was given 90 points by James Halliday in the 2007 Australian Wine Companion.

2004 Cabernet Shiraz
The is a very generous wine. In the glass there is a good deep, red crimson hue. It has a good lift of ripe cabernet varietals, blackcurrent on the nose and there is a hint of spice from the Shiraz. The palate is smooth but appealing showing ripe fruit, mocha and sweet spicy characters. This silky textured wine is a great accompaniment to Slow Cooked Lamb Shanks.

A deep cherry and plum aroma with lifted pepper and spicy highlights leads into an elegant supple and ruchly flavoured palate. A wonderful wine to have with a marinated rib eye steak.
